Wondering what to do if your child is unwell?
As many of us suffer with various illnesses throughout the year, decision making around sending children to school is difficult. Please see to the right guidelines which might help. It is best practice, if in doubt, keep your child at home and phone your G.P. If your child has symptoms they should remain out of school for 48 hours. If during this time period their symptoms remain unchanged they may return to school. |

If your child is a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus), there's a chance they may have COVID-19 too.
As long as your child does not have symptoms of COVID-19 they can attend school, childcare and other activities as normal.
