Counting & Skip Counting 

Counting is VERY important and will be part of EVERY maths lesson. It is important to go backwards as well as forwards. Check out some videos of songs you can use to practice with your child. 
We also skip count; count in 2's, 3's, 5's, 10's and so on. This helps us with multiplication in older classes.  ​
